Spam Escudo
AI agents run daily checks for issues and raise tickets automatically. Every week we analyse what reached the LLM stage and turn it into better rules, so more spam is caught in the earlier, cheaper stages.
Agentic AI is moving from demos into day-to-day operations. We build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that carry out real tasks, such as monitoring systems daily, spotting issues, raising tickets and taking action, and we decide deliberately what each agent may do alone and where a person signs off.
An agent doesn’t need a frontier model for every step. We combine deterministic rules, small fine-tuned models and large language models in the most cost-effective order, so the expensive models only see the cases that need them. Each week we review what reached the costly stages and move more of the work to the cheaper ones.
We are model-agnostic and work with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, SmolAgents and LlamaIndex, with commercial models (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) or open-source models run privately. See our technology stack.

We built a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so that AI assistants and agents can use Runner’s CLEAN_Address product directly.
An AI agent is software that uses a language model to decide on and carry out steps towards a goal, using tools such as APIs, databases or ticketing systems, rather than only answering a question.
Only where you decide it is safe. We map the process with your team first and set explicit boundaries: what the agent may do alone, what needs approval, and when it must hand over to a person.
No. We use rules and small fine-tuned models for routine, high-volume steps and keep larger models for the steps that need real reasoning.
