2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, role, email address and your message. We do not use this website to collect special categories of personal data, so please don’t include them in your message.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange a call, based on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To manage a resulting business relationship, if you become a client, based on the performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To protect the form from spam and abuse, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you, and we do not send marketing communications without your separate consent.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact requests for as long as needed to deal with them and for a maximum of two years afterwards, unless a business relationship follows, in which case we keep the data for the duration of that relationship and the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial obligations).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use service providers that process data on our behalf, under data processing agreements, for website hosting (Amazon Web Services, servers in the European Union), email, and spam filtering of form submissions. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We will also disclose data where required by law.
6. Cookies and third-party resources
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only uses cookies that are technically necessary for the site to work (for example, for logged-in administrators). The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is sent to Google.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, email info@fijomi.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or in how we work. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.

Datos tratados: los que nos facilite a través del formulario de contacto o por correo electrónico (nombre, empresa, cargo, correo electrónico y mensaje).
Finalidad y base jurídica: atender su solicitud y concertar una llamada (consentimiento, art. 6.1.a RGPD, y aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición del interesado, art. 6.1.b RGPD); gestionar la relación comercial si llega a ser cliente (ejecución de contrato, art. 6.1.b RGPD); y proteger el formulario frente al spam y el abuso (interés legítimo, art. 6.1.f RGPD). No se toman decisiones automatizadas con efectos jurídicos ni se envían comunicaciones comerciales sin su consentimiento específico.
Conservación: el tiempo necesario para atender la solicitud y, como máximo, dos años después; si se inicia una relación comercial, durante esta y los plazos legales aplicables.
Destinatarios: no se ceden datos a terceros para sus propios fines. Contamos con encargados del tratamiento para el alojamiento web (Amazon Web Services, servidores en la Unión Europea), el correo electrónico y el filtrado de spam del formulario. Si algún proveedor trata datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, se aplican garantías adecuadas, como las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea. Se comunicarán datos cuando lo exija la ley.
Cookies: este sitio no utiliza cookies analíticas ni publicitarias, solo las técnicamente necesarias. Las fuentes tipográficas se cargan desde Google Fonts, por lo que su navegador se conecta a servidores de Google y les transmite su dirección IP.
Derechos: puede ejercer sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, y retirar su consentimiento en cualquier momento, escribiendo a info@fijomi.com.
